Domestic orders may find that USPS marked your package as delivered prematurely. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days.
If it has been 3 business days or more since your order was marked as delivered, let us know so we can take care of it! Just make sure to include your Order #.
Also, don't forget to double check your address; sometimes apartment #s are not included, and cause USPS to return us the order.
All Sales are final. But in case you received a damaged order, we’re very sorry! Please send us an email at themommydot@gmail.com within 7 days and we will get back to you with instructions for claiming a refund. Just make sure to include your Order #.
If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please send us an email as soon as possible at themommydot@gmail.com and we will do our best to adjust the order for you. Just make sure to include your Order #.
