How long will it take for my order to be delivered?


We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days, although it may take a few days longer when new products and promotions are released and demand is very high. This does not include our pre-sales, which will begin to ship at the end of March.




My order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.


Domestic orders may find that USPS marked your package as delivered prematurely. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. If it has been 3 business days or more since your order was marked as delivered, let us know so we can take care of it! Just make sure to include your Order #. Also, don't forget to double check your address; sometimes apartment #s are not included, and cause USPS to return us the order.

We currently ship to the US only.




How much does shipping cost?


Shipping within the US is $5.00, with free shipping over $125.




How do I return an item?


All Sales are final. But in case you received a damaged order, we’re very sorry! Please send us an email at themommydot@gmail.com within 7 days and we will get back to you with instructions for claiming a refund. Just make sure to include your Order #.




I need to cancel or change my order.


If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please send us an email as soon as possible at themommydot@gmail.com and we will do our best to adjust the order for you. Just make sure to include your Order #.
